Your bio link is printed on your window and sitting in a thousand screenshots. Switching it off to punish a lapsed card would be a strange way to treat a customer, so we don't. A lapsed menu keeps serving — it just loses the paid decoration until you come back.

Questions worth answering properly
- What happens after the 5 days?
- Your trial gives you every Pro feature. If you have added a card, the first month is charged automatically the day the trial ends, and renews until you cancel. If you have not, nothing is charged — your menu stays online with Starter-level limits and our badge back on the bottom until you pick a plan.
- How do I cancel?
- Billing → Manage payment, which opens the payment portal. Cancel there and you keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for. Nobody makes you send an email.
- Does my page go down if I stop paying?
- No. Taking a business bio link offline is the worst thing we could do to it. A lapsed menu keeps serving in full for 14 days, then becomes a contact card with the name, logo, phone and directions. Nothing is deleted, so resubscribing puts it back exactly as it was.
- Do you charge per visitor?
- No. Traffic is unmetered on both plans. A post that goes viral costs you nothing extra, which is rather the point.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet — it is the next thing we are building, and we would rather say so than sell it. Until then every menu lives at hotlink.ro/yourname, which is what goes in your bio anyway.
- Do you track my visitors?
- Only in aggregate, and without cookies. We derive a visitor hash from IP and user agent salted with today date, so it rotates every midnight — enough for honest daily uniques, useless for following anyone around.
